Challenge
Golden light, one chance
A twelve-minute sunset window for the couple portraits, with guests moving across the lawn and speeches starting on the hour.
Overview
The couple married on a hill farm at sunset and wanted the landscape to be part of the film — the venue revealed from the air, guests gathered on the lawn, and the two of them small against a wide golden sky.
We coordinated timings with the planner and the ground videographer, flew only between key moments, and kept the airframe high and quiet during the vows themselves.
Approach
Challenge
A twelve-minute sunset window for the couple portraits, with guests moving across the lawn and speeches starting on the hour.
Solution
Low-noise propellers, pre-agreed flight lines with the planner, and the vows flown at distance with a longer lens.
Outcome
A four-minute highlight film plus thirty graded stills — the sunset wide shot now hangs framed in their hallway.
